It provides the foundational knowledge required to succeed in flight training and pass the knowledge test necessary for licensure.

You can choose to complete your Ground School online, which many students prefer as it allows flexibility to learn at your own pace. However, in-person classes are also available. We recommend starting Ground School online in parallel with your flight training for the best learning experience.

Yes, there are different courses designed for each type of pilot license, including the Recreational Pilot Permit (RPP), Private Pilot License (PPL), and Commercial Pilot License (CPL). You can choose from various online Ground School providers, such as Harv's Air and The Hangaaar, which we highly recommend based on student feedback.

The duration of Ground School depends on the course and your learning pace.
